Order can not be cancelled after being shipped.
All sales are final unless I (the store owner) have made a mistake with your order that was clearly my fault. If I make a mistake, you will be compensated and I will fix any problems right away.
SEVERELY DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your item was damaged during delivery by the USPS, please let us know right away. If the item was severely damaged and is unusable we can file a claim for you at the post office and get you a refund for the item (the post office generally does not refund postage costs too) but you will be required to email us a photo of the damaged item so we can the show the USPS as they require proof of the damage in order to file a claim.
SLIGHTLY DAMAGED ITEMS:
If the item is only slightly damaged but still usable, if you wish to keep the item we can issue you a refund for a small portion of the item price to compensate for the damages if you will email us a photo of the damages. Without proof of damage, we cannot issue any refunds. We will not issue a full refund if you decide to keep the item, the refund will be for a small partial amount. If you decide to send the back to us instead, you will be issued a refund for the full price of the item.
OTHER INFORMATION TO KNOW:
*Refunds do not include the original postage costs.
*The buyer is responsible for any postage that is necessary to mail the item back to us for a return.
*Refunds will be issued AFTER the return has been received by us.
You have up until fourteen days to return unsatisfactory items after that your refund will be denied. Return shipping fee may be charged.
To ensure good accountability we only accept Paypal payments, Note that you can still use credit card while doing Paypal transactions, just follow the steps that Paypal outlines.
